Hi, I'm Joanna.
I am a Libra surrounded by Geminis.
I am 23 years-old.
I am a Witch.
I moved to Georgia in 2006 from Connecticut.
I am trying as hard as I can to make the transition from urban to rural.
I have no brothers or sisters.
I am living with my father and step-mother until I finish school this fall.
I am a student of Mortuary Science.
I should be finishing school in December of 2008.
I will then sit for my National Board Exam and (hopefully) pass the first time I take them.

I am going to be a funeral director and embalmer.
I currently apprentice at a funeral home.
I love my job and wouldn't trade it for anything.
I also work retail part-time to put myself through school.
Life is short . . .
Death is a part of life, and I love being a part of it.
I am curiously drawn to Egypt, Greece and Germany.
I love the Egyptian and Greek pantheons.
I am also trying to teach myself German for some reason.
My favorite poet is Edgar Allan Poe.
I also enjoy the Romantic Poets:
(Keats, Browning, Eliot, Byron, Shelley, Tennyson, etc.)
I have an absurd fascination with all things Victorian, Edwardian, etc.
(Corsets, hat pins, ankle boots, tea-time and linens. <3)
I'm artsy. I enjoy scrapbooking and DiY projects.
I'm always starting a new project and not finishing it.
But I have no musical talent or painting/drawing ability. Sadly.
Music is a vital part of my existence. (I <3 my MP3 player.)
I am trying to teach myself German. (Natürlich!)
I've embraced my inner nerd. And I love her. . . <3
I'm partial to anything horror, historical, philosophical, or weird.
I LOVE reference books. Dictionaries, encyclopedias, certain textbooks, etc.
I love Star Trek, chess, Jeopardy, etc. (I'm BIG on trivia. HUGE.)
I am also a level 40 Undead Warlock named Bathora, of the Ravencrest Realm.
And a level 12 Blood Elf Priestess named Sistina, also of Ravencrest.

Oh, and then there's CRAP. I LOVE crap.
Tag sales, garage sales, yard sales, thrift stores, rummage shops, whatever you want to call them. Goodwill, Salvation Army, Antique Stores, whatever. I'm a big fan of other people's crap. I love junk.
